Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all AURA tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
